Very well modeled nanopublication. I am only thinking that the relation "trophically interacts with" (RO_0002438) could maybe be more specific. In particular, it seems to be a symmetric relation that doesn't say anything about the direction of the feeding relationship. Would maybe "acquires nutrients from" (RO_0002457) be applicable?
