@Daniel Yes, Snakemake can containerize entire workflows (the linked docs only speak of dockerization, but Apptainer is supported too - since the last hackathon).
Container are, in turn, one of three ways to provide software (Conda, HPC module files and Apptainer).

Also great talk by Christian Meesters on how to use nanopublications for computational workflow descriptions, and on plans to spread the word and get more people involved via tutorials.

We could make the tutorial slide creation, as mentioned by Christian, a community effort.

Note to self: I should make a "question view" so we can allow participants to write questions for speakers while they speak, so they can be answered during the discussion or after the event.

I have been using personal principles that guide my knowledge-related professional and volunteering activities. I would like to convert these into some nanopublication-based structure, ideally in a way that would make it simpler to find people or other entities with aligned values.
